Hands-On therapy vs. home workouts: which eases jaw pain better?
NCT ID NCT07058311
Summary
This study tested two physical therapy methods to help people with bruxism (teeth grinding or clenching). Thirty young adults were split into two groups: one did a home exercise program, and the other received hands-on manual therapy from a therapist. Researchers measured pain, jaw movement, and muscle tightness before and after eight weeks to see which approach worked better.
