Summary

This study looks at 150 adults with bronchiectasis, a long-term lung disease that causes coughing and breathing problems. Researchers want to understand how bacteria in the lungs and gut affect the disease and why some people get worse faster. They will collect sputum, stool, and blood samples and follow participants for two years to track flare-ups and lung function.
