Summary
This study looked at whether eating broccoli sprouts could help people with mild ulcerative colitis. Researchers wanted to see if participants could easily add steamed broccoli sprouts to their diet and if it would reduce inflammation in the gut. 23 people with mild ulcerative colitis took part in this early-stage feasibility study.
