Could a daily cup of baby broccoli help keep cancer away?

NCT ID NCT07032545

Summary

This study is testing whether eating a daily serving of broccoli microgreens (young broccoli plants) for two weeks can help improve health in obese breast cancer survivors. Researchers want to see if this simple dietary addition is easy for people to stick to and if it can positively change metabolism, body fat, and gut health—factors linked to cancer risk. The goal is to gather early evidence for future personalized nutrition plans to support long-term recovery.
