Summary

This study looks at whether eating one cup of broccoli microgreens every day for two weeks is practical for obese breast cancer survivors. Researchers want to see if it improves metabolism and reduces inflammation, which may lower the risk of cancer returning. Twenty-four women who have finished cancer treatment will participate. The goal is to gather information for future personalized diet plans.
