Summary

This study tests a new drug called brivekimig for people with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa, a chronic skin condition causing painful lumps. About 208 adults will receive either brivekimig or a placebo to see if it reduces skin abscesses and inflammation. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, and participants will be followed for up to 60 weeks.
