Summary

This study tests an enhanced smartphone app (ViraSafe) designed to help teenagers and young adults who have recently attempted suicide or had serious suicidal thoughts. The app aims to improve how often and how well they use coping skills and their personalized safety plan. One hundred participants will use either the new app or the original version for 3 months, and researchers will track engagement and feedback.
