Shining a light on MS sleep troubles
NCT ID NCT04054050
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether daily bright light therapy could safely help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) sleep better. Researchers wanted to see if this non-drug approach could reduce insomnia and fatigue by potentially resetting the body's internal clock. The study involved 27 people with MS who reported sleep problems, measuring changes in their sleep quality and daytime tiredness.
