First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether bright light therapy can help reduce depressive symptoms in adults with intellectual disabilities. Many standard treatments are hard to use for this group, but light therapy is simple and has shown promise without serious side effects. The study will test how well the therapy can be put into practice at two care organizations.
