Summary

This study looks at whether bright light exposure can help people with Parkinson's disease sleep better and feel more alert during the day. Researchers will measure sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, and other non-motor symptoms in 65 participants. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease these common and disabling symptoms.
