Can a brief therapy beat standard PTSD care?

Summary
This study compares a new, shorter therapy for PTSD to the usual longer treatments. About 82 adults with PTSD or subthreshold PTSD will take part. The goal is to see if the brief approach reduces symptoms just as well, helping more people get effective care faster.
