First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at whether taking a short, daily hot bath (5 minutes in 113°F water) for two weeks could help healthy adults adapt to heat. Twenty-six people took part. Researchers measured things like heart rate, body temperature, and sweating to see if the body adjusted. The goal was to find a quick and easy way to get the benefits of heat training without spending hours in a sauna.
