New group therapy aims to ease anxiety and depression

Summary
This study tests a short-term group therapy designed to help people with anxiety and depression. One hundred adults will be randomly assigned to receive either this new therapy or the usual group therapy. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety and depression symptoms after three months to see if the new approach is more effective.
