New 'Bridging' method could soften smile lines with less filler

NCT ID NCT07178119

First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a new way to inject hyaluronic acid filler for nasolabial folds (smile lines). Instead of filling the fold directly, the 'Bridging Technique' places tiny horizontal threads of filler under the skin to lift and soften the line. 60 adults aged 30–65 will receive the treatment and be followed for 6 months to see if it improves appearance and is safe.
