Summary

This study tests a new program called BRIDGES, designed to help teenagers with depression who are not physically active. The program encourages teens to move more at their own pace, in ways that feel good to them. Researchers will compare the program to usual care in 60 teens to see if it reduces depressive symptoms and increases physical activity.
