Summary
This study looks at whether adjusting the dose of the blood thinner cangrelor based on individual test results can better control clotting risk in people with coronary artery disease who need to pause their regular medication before surgery. About 50 adults will receive either a standard or tailored dose. The goal is to find the right balance to prevent both clots and bleeding.
