Summary

This study looks at whether cookies made with brewer's spent grain (a beer-making byproduct) can help control blood sugar after eating. Twenty healthy adults will eat regular cookies or the special spent-grain cookies on different days, and their blood sugar will be checked over two hours. The goal is to see if this ingredient could help prevent type 2 diabetes.
