Summary

This study tests an oral medication called brepocitinib for adults with lichen planopilaris, a condition that causes scarring hair loss. About 342 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces symptoms and improves scalp appearance. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
