Summary
This study tested a combination of the targeted drug regorafenib and chemotherapy (mGEMOX) in 66 people with advanced biliary tract cancer that could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combo helps control the cancer. The trial focused on side effects and tumor shrinkage, not a cure.
