Summary

This study is testing a guided breathing technique called Holotropic Breathwork to see if it can help people recovering from drug or alcohol addiction. It involves 100 adults who have had a substance use problem in the last five years. The research compares the breathing sessions to other group activities to measure effects on cravings, mood, and overall well-being.
