Summary

This study looked at whether Papworth breathing (a slow, controlled breathing method) combined with Bridge Pose yoga could help people with asthma. 58 people aged 15-20 with mild to moderate asthma took part. One group did only Papworth breathing, while the other added Bridge Pose yoga, both for 8 weeks. Researchers measured shortness of breath, lung function, chest expansion, and quality of life before and after the program.
