Summary
This study looked at whether adding Bridge Pose yoga to Papworth breathing exercises helps teens and young adults with mild to moderate asthma. 58 participants practiced either breathing alone or breathing plus yoga for 8 weeks. Researchers measured shortness of breath, lung function, chest expansion, and quality of life before and after the program.
