Summary
This study tested whether deep breathing exercises or specific yoga poses were better at reducing the fear of movement in people with painful knee arthritis. Forty participants received either deep breathing or yoga, along with standard physiotherapy. Researchers measured changes in fear levels and pain to see which approach was more helpful.
