Summary
This study is testing whether a breathing training program can help adults who have both insomnia and symptoms of anxiety or depression. Researchers are enrolling 188 participants to see if learning specific breathing techniques improves their sleep quality, reduces nighttime awakenings, and helps regulate their mood. The study uses heart and brain monitoring to understand how the breathing exercises might work.
