Can a breathing workout ease Obesity's strain on lungs?

Summary
This study aims to see if a special breathing muscle training program can help improve lung function and reduce body-wide inflammation in people living with obesity. Researchers will enroll 40 adults with obesity to test this non-drug approach. They will measure breathing strength, lung capacity, inflammation markers, and quality of life before and after the training.
