First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a home-based, digitally guided breathing and respiratory muscle training program, supported by a health coach, can improve exercise ability and lung function in people with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. Researchers will enroll 50 adults with this chronic lung condition. Participants will use a digital program at home to practice specific breathing exercises, and their progress will be measured through walking tests and oxygen consumption.
