Summary

This study tests the safety of a drug called HSK31858 in 669 adults with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis, a lung condition that causes repeated infections and breathing problems. Participants who completed a prior study of the same drug will receive the medication and be monitored for side effects, lung function, and quality of life. The goal is to see if the drug is safe enough to help control the disease over time.
