NCT ID NCT07406451
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a 4-week breathing muscle training program could help elite air pistol athletes jump higher and shoot more accurately. Twenty male athletes were split into two groups: one did the breathing training, the other did not. The results showed that the breathing training improved lower-body explosive power and shooting accuracy, but did not change reaction time or flexibility.
