Trial tests gentler breathing aid for Life-Threatening lung clots
NCT ID NCT07381712
Summary
This study compares two non-invasive methods to help patients with dangerous lung clots breathe better. It tests whether a comfortable nasal tube (HFNC) works as well as or better than a traditional face mask ventilator (NIV) at helping patients breathe on their own and survive. The goal is to find the safest and most effective breathing support for this serious condition.
