Can a breathing rehab program ease the struggle for advanced lung cancer survivors?

NCT ID NCT07104630

Summary

This study is testing if an 8-week pulmonary rehabilitation program can help people who have survived advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The program includes exercise training and education, aiming to reduce shortness of breath and fatigue while improving quality of life. Researchers will compare outcomes between a group receiving the rehab and a group receiving usual care, and also interview participants and doctors to understand any barriers to using this type of supportive therapy.
