First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding specific breathing exercises (Buteyko or Pilates-style) to neck stretches can improve lung function and chest movement in adults with well-controlled asthma who also have forward head posture. Twenty-two participants will be assigned to one of two groups for a 4-week program. The goal is to see which combination works better for breathing and quality of life.
