First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a person's natural breathing pattern before surgery can help predict dangerous drops in oxygen levels during lung surgery. Researchers will measure breathing in 44 adults with lung cancer before the operation and track oxygen levels during the procedure. The goal is to find a simple way to identify patients at higher risk, so doctors can take steps to keep them safer.
