Summary

This study tested whether a guided breathing exercise, delivered through an app, could help Palestinian teenagers feel less anxious and depressed. Over 200 teens aged 13-17 took part, using the breathing tool or a control activity. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug approach could improve their mental well-being.
