Can simple breathing exercises help lung cancer survivors breathe easier?

NCT ID NCT06869447

Summary

This study is testing whether a home-based breathing exercise program can help people who have had early-stage lung cancer. Many survivors experience shortness of breath and fatigue after treatment, which makes it hard to stay active. Researchers want to see if strengthening breathing muscles through daily exercises can reduce these symptoms, improve quality of life, and possibly help the immune system.
