New breathing combo aims to ease long COVID struggles

Summary

This small pilot study will test whether adding a gentle electrical stimulation to breathing exercises can improve breathing, reduce fatigue, and boost quality of life in people with Long COVID. Ten adults aged 18-65 with a Long COVID diagnosis will be split into two groups: one doing only breathing exercises, the other doing exercises plus stimulation. The treatment lasts three weeks, with two sessions per week.
