Can a 10-Minute breathing video calm teen anxiety?
NCT ID NCT06988800
Summary
This study tested whether short, guided breathing videos could help reduce anxiety and improve mood and confidence in Palestinian teenagers. Researchers worked with 213 teens in an after-school program, comparing different versions of the breathing exercises to a control group. The goal was to see if this simple, non-medical approach could ease psychological distress.
