Summary

This study looks at whether adding a controlled breathing routine to a standard exercise program can reduce physical symptoms like pain or fatigue in adults with multiple myeloma. About 32 people will take part in a 6-week program, with some doing extra breathing exercises at home. The goal is to see if this simple addition improves how they feel day-to-day.
