NCT ID NCT07312942
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a simple, home-based breathing exercise program to standard physical therapy helps adults with multiple myeloma feel better. Researchers want to see if this combination reduces common symptoms like fatigue, pain, anxiety, and poor sleep. The study will involve 32 participants who will follow the programs for 6 weeks, with a check-up 4 weeks later.
