Summary

This study tested a breathing exercise program for people with long COVID who still feel short of breath. 40 adults who had COVID-19 and ongoing breathing problems took part. The goal was to see if the exercises could improve breathlessness compared to usual care. The results may help develop better ways to manage this symptom.
