First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looked at 30 children with heart failure to understand how their breathing and sleep are affected. Researchers measured the effort it takes for these children to breathe and checked their sleep quality. They also tested whether using a breathing mask (CPAP) while awake could reduce breathing effort and improve heart function. The goal was to gather knowledge that could guide future treatments.
