Can breathing exercises calm campus stress? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07415460
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a specific breathing meditation program called SKY can help reduce stress and anxiety in college students. 56 students will be randomly assigned to either the SKY program (which includes a retreat and weekly sessions) or a general online yoga group. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, and well-being over eight weeks to see if the breathing program is practical and helpful for future research.
