First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding breath-based yoga to online breastfeeding education helps first-time mothers feel less anxious, more confident in breastfeeding, and less worried about not having enough milk. About 90 new mothers will take part, with some getting education plus yoga, some only education, and some standard care. The goal is to find simple ways to support breastfeeding and improve well-being after childbirth.
