Summary

This study looks at whether using a tiny camera (endoscope) during mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction is safe and works well for breast cancer patients. The goal is to see if this newer method helps prevent cancer from coming back in the same area. About 800 women with breast cancer will take part, and researchers will track their recovery and any side effects.
