Moms on arthritis drug help science understand breastfeeding safety

Summary

This study aims to measure how much of the medication bimekizumab (Bimzelx®) passes into breast milk. It will enroll 20 breastfeeding mothers who are already using this drug to treat conditions like psoriasis or arthritis. Researchers will collect breast milk samples over several weeks to understand the amount of medication an infant might receive.
