Summary
This study tests whether adding targeted radiation and immunotherapy to standard hormone therapy can turn a woman's own breast tumor into a personalized vaccine. It involves 100 post-menopausal women with HR+ HER2- breast cancer who have not yet had surgery. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and improves tumor shrinkage before surgery.
