Summary
This study is testing if breast cancer patients who respond exceptionally well to initial drug therapy can safely skip surgery or radiation. It is for women with early-stage breast cancer where a special biopsy shows no cancer remains after the drug treatment. The goal is to see if avoiding these procedures is safe and effective for controlling the cancer long-term.
