Summary
This study is testing a personalized approach to reduce chemotherapy for women with a common type of early-stage breast cancer. It uses a simple blood test to see if a targeted pill (dalpiciclib) combined with hormone therapy works as well as standard chemo before surgery. The goal is to maintain good outcomes while avoiding the severe side effects of chemotherapy for those who may not need it.
