Summary
This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) to two standard breast cancer drugs (letrozole and palbociclib) works better for controlling advanced breast cancer. It is for postmenopausal women whose cancer has spread and is fueled by estrogen. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and control the cancer for longer.
