New drug combo aims to control tough breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing if the drug enzalutamide, alone or combined with mifepristone, can help control a specific type of advanced breast cancer that has spread. It will compare these treatments to standard chemotherapy options to see which is better at delaying cancer growth. The goal is to find a new treatment option for patients with this difficult-to-treat cancer.
