Summary
This study aims to find out which of two drug combinations works better to shrink or eliminate tumors before surgery in people with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. It will compare a three-drug regimen (THP) to a four-drug regimen (TCHP). The main goal is to see which treatment leads to no detectable cancer remaining at the time of surgery.
