Summary

This study is testing whether adding the experimental drug capivasertib to standard fulvestrant treatment helps control advanced breast cancer that has worsened after hormone therapy. It involves about 258 Chinese patients with specific genetic changes in their tumors. The main goal is to see if this combination delays the need for the next cancer treatment.
