New drug combo aims to stop early breast cancer from coming back

Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two targeted drugs (pertuzumab and trastuzumab) plus hormone therapy, given after surgery, can help prevent cancer from returning in people with early-stage, hormone-positive, HER2-positive breast cancer. About 375 participants will receive the targeted drugs for one year and hormone therapy for about five years. The main goal is to see if this approach keeps patients cancer-free for longer after their initial treatment.
